Casonsei are an excellent type of pasta, typical of Bergamo's cuisine.They are tasty half-moon shaped ravioli with a plentiful filling of meat, grana padano cheese and herbs creamed with melted butter, sage, bacon and cheese.In addition to casonsei, the La Marina Restaurant & Residence offers strictly homemade foiade pasta with porcini mushrooms, torcelli al pucio dello stracotto pasta, scarpinocc pasta, crêpes depending on the season and the chef's excellent risotto.


The numerous and delicious main dishes also include the Marina stew with polenta, porcini mushrooms and a delicious variety of seasonal grilled meat, game and snails.
